Grate staff vary friendly top notch service
Good service from some nice people. Have never had a problem and the staff has always been quite helpful.
Used to have complimentary watch battery replacement which was outstanding. Now they wanted $15,00 for a $1.69 watch battery. (Regardless if they installed it or just sold me the battery to replace on my own.)
My husband and I love coming into the Moden Appelt's location. The customer service we have received is top notch. Marilyn is always so welcoming, accommodating, helpful, understanding and incredibly friendly and professional. We would never shop elsewhere for jewelry. Thank you Marilyn!
I have rock solid warranty, but after 5 years of going there I am now getting charged for replacing my diamonds when something is wrong. Very unhappy about that. But the service is ok.
